6-301.14: A sign or poster that notifies FOOD EMPLOYEES to wash their hands shall be provided at all HANDWASHING SINKS used by FOOD EMPLOYEES and shall be clearly visible to FOOD EMPLOYEES. The new hand sinks behind the front counter and in the restrooms do not have hand washing signs. Provide hand washing signs and maintain by the next routine inspection. |

FLOORS, WALLS, CEILINGS, LIGHTING NEW SODA FOUNTAIN CONNECTED BEHIND FRONT COUNTER; NO FOUNTAIN IN DINING AREA RESTROOM FIXTURES SOME EQUIPMENT SET IN PLACE DEEP CLEAN COMPLETED IN KITCHEN AREA, IN PROGRESS DURING INSPECTION IN RESTROOMS WORK STILL TO BE COMPLETED: WATER CONNECTION TO NEW ICE MACHINE RESET OF OLD EQUIPMENT IN NEW LOCATIONS NO NEW COOKING OR HOLDING EQUIPMENT. REUSING AN OLD DISPLAY COOLER HAND SINK BEHIND THE FRONT COUNTER IS NOT USED AS A HAND WASHING SINK AND WILL NOT BE STOCKED WITH HAND WASHING ITEMS. THE ESTABLISHMENT IN PERMITTED TO OPEN IN FULL PER THE AUTHORITY OF THE KANKAKEE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. |
